Hire Remote Executive Assistants Who Run Your Week

Your calendar and inbox are eating the week. We recruit and place remote executive assistants with US companies as dedicated contractors engaged through us. Hire a remote executive assistant this way and the seat you keep postponing becomes one your budget can actually carry, full time.

What a dedicated remote executive assistant does

The work is the week you cannot get back. Calendar ownership, inbox triage, travel, expenses, meeting prep and follow-up, board and investor scheduling, vendor chasing, and the small administrative debt that piles up behind every founder. Your EA is dedicated to your account and no one else's, sits in your reporting line, and takes direction from you the same way an in-house assistant would.

That is different from a shared virtual assistant who relearns your preferences every time a ticket lands. A dedicated assistant learns how you triage, who gets time, which meetings can move, and which emails you would rather answer yourself. That knowledge compounds, which is why the model is designed for seats kept filled a year or more rather than a short trial.

The budget case for a full-time assistant seat

An EA is usually the first role a founder cuts, because a US executive assistant salary competes directly with a revenue hire, and the revenue hire is easier to defend in a board meeting. So the work does not disappear. It moves onto you, at your hourly value, at night.

Recruiting internationally changes the arithmetic in two directions. The pool is larger, because you are no longer limited to people who live near you. We recruit in the Philippines and Southeast Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe, and South Africa. And an international contractor costs a fraction of a comparable US hire, which is what puts a dedicated assistant inside a budget that could not previously justify the seat.

We quote executive assistant seats per role. This one sits below our senior technical band, so we do not publish a figure for it. Tell us the scope and we will give you the monthly rate. You pay us one invoice a month, and we pay the contractor.

How we screen, and how a search opens

We are slower than firms that forward resumes, and that is deliberate. Before anyone reaches your calendar we run five checks: identity and work history, language proficiency, role-specific skills testing, reference checks, and workspace and security posture. For an assistant, the skills test is built around the actual job: calendar conflicts, inbox rules, travel changes, and written follow-up in your voice.

The last gate matters more for this seat than people expect. An assistant sees your inbox, your travel, and your personal details. We check the physical workspace, the home network, and the device before anyone is put forward. If you want the seat locked down further, our secure remote workstation package is available on top of the monthly rate.

Starting is deliberately low risk. A search opens with a $500 deposit, and that deposit is credited back against your first month's invoice once your assistant starts. You commit to 90 days of fees from the start date, nothing longer. If the fit is wrong inside that window, we run the search again and waive the deposit on the replacement.

Where an offshore EA is the wrong answer

If the job is physical, this is not it. Someone who signs for packages, sets up the conference room, drives you to the airport, or handles notarized paperwork in person needs to be local. Same if the role is really a chief of staff with authority over your leadership team. That is a hire, not a support seat.

It is also the wrong route if your real goal is an assistant on your own payroll in a few months. Contract to hire and direct placement are available for Tier 3 technical and management seats only. An executive assistant placed through us stays engaged as a contractor through us for as long as you keep the seat.

What you get

Included in every engagement

Dedicated to you, not a shared pool

Your assistant works your account only. They report to you, sit in your reporting line, and take direction the way any member of your team would.

One invoice, one relationship

The contract sits with us. You pay a single monthly invoice, and we handle the contracting and compliance obligations in the country where the assistant lives.

Priced per role after we scope it

Executive assistant seats sit below our senior technical band, so we price them per role. Send us the scope and hours and we will quote the monthly rate.

90 days is the whole commitment

You commit to 90 days of fees when your assistant starts. If the fit is wrong inside that window, the replacement search costs you nothing.

Optional secure remote workstation

One add-on package: a US-hosted virtual desktop, centrally controlled access that ends with the engagement, disclosed activity monitoring, and managed endpoint security. Priced separately from the seat.

Questions

Frequently asked

What does a remote executive assistant cost?

We quote executive assistant seats per role. The rate depends on scope, hours, and the mix of work, and this seat sits below the band we publish for senior technical roles, so we do not put a number on the page. Tell us what the week looks like and we will quote a monthly rate. The rate covers the contractor and the contracting work behind them.

Can we move our assistant onto our payroll later?

No. Contract to hire and direct placement are available for Tier 3 technical and management seats only, and an executive assistant is not one of those. Your assistant is engaged as a contractor through us for the life of the seat. In practice that is the arrangement clients want here anyway, because we carry the contracting and compliance work in another country rather than handing it to you.

How quickly can you fill the seat?

We will not give you a number, and you should be careful with firms that do. Timing depends on the scope, the hours you need covered, and how particular the fit is. Our intake is heavier at the front than a resume forwarding service, so the first names you see have already cleared five gates. An invented date is a missed date later.

How do you handle access to my inbox and personal details?

Access is a design decision, not an afterthought. The fifth screening gate covers workspace and home network security before anyone is put forward. If you want stronger separation, the secure remote workstation package puts the assistant inside a US-hosted virtual desktop, keeps access centrally controlled and revocable the day the engagement ends, and adds managed endpoint security and disclosed activity monitoring. It is priced separately from the seat.
