Windows and M365 estates
Hire Remote Systems Administrators for Your Windows and M365 Estate
We place remote systems administrators with US companies as dedicated contractors. They run your Windows and Microsoft 365 estate, report to your managers, and work only your account. Recruiting internationally gives you a wider pool and a budget that reaches deeper into it.
What remote systems administrators own
The seat is built around the steady work that keeps an estate healthy. Patch cycles for servers and endpoints. Backup jobs checked, tested and reported on. Microsoft 365 tenant admin, licensing, mailbox and group changes. User lifecycle from the first account to the last revoked token. Group Policy and Intune policy. Documentation that stays current because someone owns it.
Because the contractor is dedicated to your account, they learn your estate rather than a queue of estates. They sit in your reporting line, take direction from your IT manager, and join your standups. The contract sits with us. You get one monthly invoice, and we carry the contracting and compliance work in the contractor's country.
Field and deskside work is the hard limit
A remote contractor cannot walk to a desk. That is the one thing this model does not solve, and it is worth being blunt about. Nobody is imaging a laptop on site, swapping a failed drive, racking a switch, running cable, receiving hardware at your office, or sitting with a frustrated executive whose docking station died.
The fix is a local pair of hands: an office manager who can follow instructions, a small local IT vendor on call, or one on-site technician the remote administrator directs. If you have no answer for the physical layer and no plan to get one, this is not the right model for you, and we will say so on the first call.
The budget case for offshore systems administration
A capable Windows and M365 administrator is a contested hire in US IT. Every MSP in your metro wants the same person, and so does every internal team. You end up choosing between paying above your band or handing the estate to a help desk technician who is learning on your production tenant.
Recruiting from the Philippines and Southeast Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe and South Africa widens the pool without changing the work. The tenant is the same tenant, the patch cycle is the same cycle. Senior and Tier 3 technical seats run $3,500 to $4,500 a month, all in. That covers the contractor, the contracting and compliance work, and the people management around the seat.
How we screen, and why we are not fast
Five gates sit between a resume and your interview. We verify identity and work history. We test language, because this seat talks to your users. We run role-specific skills testing against the estate you actually have. We check references. We inspect the workspace and security posture the contractor will work from.
That makes us slower than a firm that forwards resumes. We do that on purpose. The intake is heavy at the front so that the people you meet can do the job, rather than arriving as a stack you have to filter. We will not quote you a time to shortlist or a time to fill. It depends on the seat, and an invented number is a missed date later.
What you get
Included in every engagement
One monthly invoice, one dedicated person
The contractor is engaged through us and works only your account. You pay us monthly. We pay the contractor and carry the compliance obligations in their country.
A $500 deposit that comes back
A search opens with a $500 deposit. It is credited against your first month's invoice once the administrator starts, so a completed placement costs nothing for the search.
90 days is the whole commitment
You commit to 90 days of fees when the contractor starts. Nothing longer is signed. If the fit is wrong inside that window, we search again and waive the deposit.
Secure remote workstation, if you want it
One optional package priced apart from the seat: a US-hosted virtual desktop, central revocable access, disclosed activity monitoring, and managed endpoint protection, patching and threat response.
Conversion is available at this level
Systems administration is a Tier 3 technical seat, so contract to hire and direct placement are both on the table if you want the person on your payroll.

Questions
Frequently asked
How fast can you get me a systems administrator?
We will not give you a number. Time to shortlist depends on the estate, the tools, the hours you need covered and how narrow the skill list is. Any figure we invented now would be a date we missed later. What we will tell you is that we are slower than a firm that forwards resumes, because five screening gates run before you see anyone.
Who does the administrator report to?
Your managers. The contractor sits inside your reporting line and your hierarchy like any other member of the IT team, picks up tickets from your queue, and works your account only. The difference sits behind the scenes. They are engaged as a contractor through us rather than hired by you, we pay the contractor, and we hold the contracting and compliance obligations in their country.
What happens if the person is not right?
Inside the first 90 days, we run the search again and waive the $500 deposit on the replacement. That is the whole risk you are taking: 90 days of fees on a seat you can stop. After 90 days the contractor is still engaged through us, so keeping the seat filled stays our job rather than becoming a new search you pay for.
Is this worth it for a short project?
Probably not. The model is designed for seats you expect to keep filled for a year or more, because that is the horizon over which the investment pays back. A three-week migration push is better handled by a project vendor. If the patching, backups, tenant admin and user lifecycle work is permanent, a dedicated seat is the right shape.
