Placement practice

Administrative Talent

Executive assistants, accounting and close support, service operations, HR administration, and the people who produce the work — not just plan it.

Administrative Talent placed by Pacific Cloud Cyber

What this is

Give your senior people their hours back

The work that keeps a business organized rarely needs to happen in your building. Pacific Cloud Cyber places the administrative and operations professionals who handle it, so your senior people stop doing it themselves.

You are not short on strategy. You are short on the hours that go to inbox triage, invoice chasing, calendar juggling, and a support queue nobody owns. Those are real jobs, and they deserve real professionals rather than whichever manager has the least full afternoon. At a fraction of the cost of a domestic hire, a dedicated person for that work stops being a seat the budget cannot justify.

We place experienced administrative talent who work your hours, in your systems, on your processes. The same screening we apply to engineers applies here: verified experience, tested written and spoken English, practical skills testing, references, and a documented, secured home workspace.

Four of these seats we will not place onto a personal machine. The vendor master seat handles taxpayer identification numbers and supplier banking details. The quality auditing seat reviews recorded customer calls. The security awareness seat holds client email directories, and the documentation seat works inside tooling that also stores credentials. On those four roles the secure remote workstation is a condition of the placement rather than a choice. It is still the one add-on we sell, still a single package, and still quoted on top of the seat.

Roles

Who we place

Not an exhaustive list. If the role you need is adjacent to one of these, ask — the sourcing and screening are the same.

Executive & Office Support

Protect your leadership team’s calendar, inbox, and follow-through. Contract work here is administration against your templates and playbook — not legal advice, and anything off-playbook escalates to your counsel.

  • Executive Assistant
  • Virtual Assistant
  • Administrative Coordinator
  • Scheduling & Calendar Coordinator
  • Operations Assistant
  • Document & Records Specialist
  • Contract Administration Coordinator

Accounting & Finance Support

Keep the money moving, on time and reconciled. No seat here holds payment approval or signature authority, and vendor banking changes are never made and released by the same person.

  • Accounts Payable Specialist
  • Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist
  • Bookkeeper
  • Billing & Invoicing Specialist
  • Payroll Administrator
  • Procurement & Purchasing Assistant
  • Vendor Master Data & Payment Controls Specialist

Close, Reporting & Analysis

The layer above bookkeeping: close the month, build the reporting pack, explain what moved. These seats prepare and reconcile. Review, approval, and any work requiring a licensed US CPA stay on your side.

  • Month-End Close Accountant
  • Financial Reporting Analyst
  • Business Operations Analyst

MSP & Service Provider Operations

The back-office work that keeps a service business billable. Coordination, documentation and reporting seats, not engineering — no administrative access to your client environments, no credential or password vault access, no alert triage or incident work, and no scripting or integration build-out.

  • PSA Administrator & Ticket Hygiene Specialist
  • Client Onboarding & Offboarding Coordinator
  • Client Reporting & vCIO Support Analyst
  • Revenue Assurance & Billing Reconciliation Analyst
  • Security Awareness Training Program Coordinator
  • Knowledge Base & Documentation Lifecycle Specialist

HR & People Operations Support

Administrative support for the HR and hiring work your managers already own. These contractors execute, track and chase decisions your side makes — they do not hire, fire, screen applicants, set or discuss pay, approve leave or benefits, interpret policy or plan documents, complete Form I-9 verification, or speak as your employer to employees, candidates, or third parties.

  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Administrator
  • Interview Scheduling & Recruiting Coordinator
  • HRIS Administrator & Employee Data Hygiene Specialist
  • Training & Certification Compliance Tracking Specialist
  • Benefits Administration Support Specialist
  • Candidate Sourcing Researcher

Customer Experience

Answer the queue, keep clients informed, and close the loop. Quality auditing writes findings only — coaching, performance, and discipline stay with your managers.

  • Customer Service Representative
  • Client Success Coordinator
  • Inbound Support Agent
  • Order Processing Specialist
  • Data Entry Specialist
  • Dispatch & Scheduling Agent
  • Quality Assurance & Call Auditing Analyst

Sales & Marketing Support

Feed the pipeline and keep the CRM honest.

  • Sales Development Representative
  • CRM Administrator
  • Marketing Coordinator
  • Lead Research Analyst
  • Proposal & Quote Coordinator

Marketing & Creative Production

The people who make the work, not just plan it. Expect an editorial review pass on anything public, and a client-side approver on any send. Course builds follow an accessibility standard you specify — we build to it, we do not certify conformance to it.

  • Content Writer & Editor
  • SEO Content Specialist
  • Marketing Automation & Email Operations Specialist
  • Presentation & Deck Designer
  • Course Production & E-Learning Build Specialist

Screening

How these candidates are vetted

The same five gates apply to every practice. Nobody reaches your calendar without clearing all of them.

  • Identity & work history

Government ID verification and a confirmed employment history, checked against what the resume claims.

  • Language proficiency

Spoken and written English assessed against the level the role actually needs, whether that is a client-facing support queue or an internal engineering standup.

  • Role-specific skills testing

A practical assessment built for the role: a ticket triage scenario, a security alert to work, a code exercise, a reconciliation, or a live inbox.

  • Reference checks

Direct conversations with prior supervisors, not a form letter and a date range.

  • Workspace & security posture

Verified connectivity and power redundancy, a private working area, and a device and access posture that satisfies your security requirements.

Engagement

How to bring this person on

Our core model

Staff augmentation

Our core model. The contractor works your account and only your account, reports to your managers, and sits in your reporting line like any other member of the team. The contract sits with Pacific Cloud Cyber: you pay us one invoice, we pay the contractor, and we carry the contracting and compliance obligations in their country.

Commit to the first 90 days of fees and nothing longer. We scope the seat to stay filled for a year or more, but that is how we build it, not what you sign.

Dedicated team

The same arrangement across a whole function rather than one seat: a multi-person pod hired to a single spec, working as a unit under one point of contact and one invoice.

Best for standing up an entire function, like a service desk or an AP team.

Tier 3 & management only

Contract to hire

Tier 3 technical and management seats only. Start with the contractor engaged through us on staff augmentation, then bring them onto your own payroll once they have proven the fit.

Available for Tier 3 and management roles, and useful when the role is new or the bar is hard to describe on paper.

Tier 3 & management only

Direct placement

For senior seats only — Tier 3 technical roles and management — we will run the search and let you bring the person onto your own payroll directly. Priced per search rather than as a monthly rate, and quoted per role.

Available for Tier 3 and management roles. We do not offer it for Tier 1, junior, or administrative seats.

Also hiring on the other side of the house?

Engineers, analysts, developers, and project managers placed from a global bench, screened against your stack and your standards.
