For finance leaders
Finance and accounting staffing for controllers and CFOs
Finance and accounting staffing that fills the seats behind the close: accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, payroll administration, and billing. We recruit internationally, so the pool you are choosing from is wider than your metro and the budget you have approved goes further inside it.
The seats that break first when you grow
Revenue grows and the transaction count grows with it. Invoices, vendor bills, expense coding, collections calls, payroll data entry, the monthly reconciliation that used to take a morning. Your senior people end up doing clerical work at senior cost, and the close slips a little further each month. Adding a US headcount for that work is expensive and slow, so the request sits in a queue.
We place one person into that gap. They are engaged as a contractor through us, they work your account and no one else's, and they report to your controller or accounting manager like any other member of the team. You assign the work in your system, in your process, on your calendar. The contract, the paperwork in their country, and the payment to the contractor are ours.
Finance and accounting staffing on an international pool
These are not senior technical seats and they are not priced like them. We quote the monthly rate per role, because an AP clerk processing a few hundred invoices and a full-charge bookkeeper closing your month are different jobs with different rates. We do not charge for the introduction. A search opens with a $500 deposit, and that deposit is credited back against your first monthly invoice.
The pool argument is especially sharp in accounting. Bookkeeping, AP, AR, and payroll administration are trained and staffed at scale in the Philippines and Southeast Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe, and South Africa, frequently on the same accounting platforms you already run. An international contractor costs a fraction of a comparable US hire, which is why a budget line that stalled against local postings can move here.
Where the data sits while the work gets done
The objection in finance is always the same, and it is a fair one. This person will touch vendor master data, bank detail changes, customer payment information, and payroll records. Putting that on a personal laptop in another country is not something you should be comfortable with, and we do not ask you to be. The answer is one optional package, priced separately from the seat.
The secure remote workstation gives the contractor a US-hosted virtual desktop to work inside, so your financial data stays on US infrastructure instead of a machine abroad. Access is controlled centrally and can be cut the day an engagement ends. Productivity and activity monitoring is included and disclosed to the contractor in writing in their agreement. The endpoint is managed: protection, patching, threat detection, and response.
Segregation of duties is your call, not ours, and the model does not change it. A contractor in an AP seat should have the same approval limits, the same read-only boundaries, and the same exclusion from bank authorization that any AP clerk on your team has. Because access runs through your systems and your permissions, you set those controls exactly as you would for a domestic hire.
What this is not built for
If the seat needs someone to open physical mail, sign checks, or hold signature authority on an account, this does not solve it. If you need a fractional CFO or a technical accountant to own revenue recognition policy, that is a different hire and you should make it locally. And if you want candidates by Friday, we are the wrong call.
We source deliberately, which is slower than a firm that forwards resumes. The seat gets scoped with you first, we recruit against that scope, and every candidate clears five screening gates before you meet them. We will not quote a time to shortlist. The commitment when someone starts is 90 days of fees, and nothing longer. The model is designed for seats you plan to keep filled a year or more, which is the horizon the scoping pays back over.
What you get
Included in every engagement
Roles we fill in a finance team
Accounts payable, accounts receivable and collections support, bookkeeping, payroll administration, billing and invoicing, and general accounting support inside your existing close process.
Screened five ways before you meet them
Identity and work history, language proficiency, skills testing against the actual role, reference checks, and a look at the workspace and security posture they will be working from.
Quoted per role, not off a rate card
Administrative and junior finance seats sit below our senior technical band, so we price them per role once the scope is clear. You get one monthly invoice covering everything.
A 90-day window that protects you
Ninety days of fees is the entire commitment. Get the wrong fit inside it and we search again with the $500 deposit waived, so a bad match costs you time, not a contract.
The rate holds up where we recruit
The model works on the gap between labor markets, not on underpaying anyone. What we pay contractors is strong and competitive in the countries we recruit from.

Questions
Frequently asked
Can an AP or bookkeeping contractor convert to our payroll later?
No. Contract to hire and direct placement are available for Tier 3 technical and management seats only, and both of those end with the person on your payroll. Administrative and junior finance roles run on the monthly engagement, where the contract stays with us and the person stays engaged through us. If the seat you have in mind is a management one, say so early, because the options there are different.
What does it cost?
We quote per role. Administrative and junior finance seats sit below the band we publish for senior technical work, so a number invented before we understand the volume, the systems, and the hours would be a number we would have to walk back. Tell us what the seat handles in a month and we will price it. We do not charge for the introduction, and the $500 search deposit is credited back on your first invoice.
How do we handle audit and access control with an offshore contractor?
The same way you handle it with anyone else, through your own systems. You provision the accounts, you set the permissions, and the activity trail lives in your ERP or accounting platform where your auditors already look. The secure remote workstation adds a US-hosted desktop, central access control you can revoke at will, and disclosed activity monitoring, which gives you an additional layer of evidence rather than a substitute for your controls.
Will they work our hours?
Overlap with your close calendar and your team's hours is part of the scope we agree before recruiting, and it narrows the pool, which is worth knowing up front. A seat that needs full US business hours in an eastern time zone is a different search from one that needs four hours of overlap. Tell us which one it is and we recruit against that, rather than discovering it during interviews.
